Books

  • Messy Minimalism by Rachelle Crawford

Probably my most highlighted, post-it-noted book. I’m a fan of anything that makes minimalism seem less aspirational (hello, Real Simple Magazine) and actually accessible to us mere mortals.

  • The Molecule of More by Daniel Lieberman

A super helpful primer to help you fully understand the chemical that plays perhaps the biggest role in ADHD - dopamine.

  • Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff

Our Self-Compassion Queen. Read this book and marvel at the difference such a basic concept can make in your life and wellbeing. SO Good.

  • The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown

The OG Badass Social Worker, and our Goddess of Vulnerability. Her first book, and foundational to the rest. I recommend starting here with her work!

  • ADHD for Smart Ass Women by Tracy Otsuka

A no-nonsense guide that empowers women to embrace their neurodivergent traits. Packed with practical, concrete advice and witty insights, it transforms ADHD from a challenge into a unique strength.

  • Why Buddhism Is True by Robert Wright

This book offers a fresh take on mindfulness and its benefits, perfect for those with ADHD seeking calm amidst chaos. This is a great read for anyone a bit skeptical of whether mindfulness really improves your wellbeing (spoiler alert: it does).

  • A Book that Loves You

A decadent treat for anyone looking to indulge in some serious self-care. I highly recommend it, along with all the other books by Flow, for its luxurious feel and ability to nurture growth and taking good care of yourself.
